3G Video Call

Skype says tap the screen and choose which camera you want to use. Annoying that there is no way to test this unless you are on a call.

What software version is your Incredible 2 running??
I think you must be on at least 2.3.4 to use the front facing camera for video calls.
menu> settings>about Phone>software information
What does it show for the android Version?

Are you using the pre installed white icon Skype mobile verizon app? Or did you download the latest version of Skype from the Market?
 
Tango worked for me. I ended up uninstalling it because I thought it was eating up the battery, but you can try it and see for yourself.

I am running on Android v. 2.2.1

I have downloaded Skype latest version from Google Play
 
Yup, that's it, you need to update to 2.3.4 to use the front facing camera, I am like 80% sure you need that software version for it to work.

How to update to 2.3.4? I stay in India and the phone is from US. The phone is working fine now, but I fear if I update the phone will get locked.
