Root 4.1 JellyBean UI ROM

ok, so i was messing around with my kindle fire, and i flashed a 4.1.1 jellybean ROM onto it, works wonderful! hasn't failed me been. using it, extended battery life on my kindle and its increased in speed.... apps run smoother, now i kept searching, i found a 4.1 jellybean phone UI ROM, same ROM for the kindle but with phone UI instead of Tablet UI,.. can we use this, try to make it compatible with our LG ESTEEM?,... or will it fail? i don't want to flash or do anything, without consulting the masters of the lg esteem. [ROM-AOSP] Stock Jelly Bean 4.1.2_r1

yeah i suppose, you guys might kick my butt at modding or w/e it is you guys do for all of us in the Esteem Realm, but customizing a pc.. im ur man for that<3
really??? i have like THEEEE dumbest question LOL, i use a uhh "version" of windows 7 i got from a friend in china and lets just say it works damn good... even replaces stock win7 splash screen background (login screen) to the hardware specific picture.. ie dell, acer etc.. diff pic for each diff comp.. so i want to change that to my own pic.. is it as easy as swapping an image from a folder..? or is there some difficult stuff involved? lol i googled it a few times and always came up with different results so never bothered to 'do-it'.. lol any advice bro?
