Thanks! Didn't think to Google that. Looks like it is an update to LTE or something... Guess I'll try for 4.3 again today - getting ridiculous that a firmware update is a 3 day+ process, lol.

EDIT. UPDATE:

Okay, took a few days, but I didn't got on 4.3. I had to install all the bug fixes/updates 1 by 1 at a rate of 1 per day before it finally let me get to the 4.3 update. A little irritating, but I'm glad it's not a phone/network problem.

Notified that an update was downloading when I turned the HTC One this morning.
Not sure what this did, but when I check the Android version number on it says 4.2.2
I thought we were updated to 4.3 a while ago...any ideas?

Now am wondering about the "promise" by HTC to update all US customers including Verizon to Kit Kat by the end of January. Maybe they will just skip 4.3..or not.
