Help 404 / Database errors / Random Users and Staff unable to post in random forums & threads

Error with Mysqli() from our app, 404 from browser.

As is usual when I get this, hitting "post reply" a second time works fine.

Mine was using a laptop. I don't use apps for AF at the moment.
