Sorry if this has been asked before... but how to i get my apps back from 4ext recovery... Which i backed up before i got a new rom. (i have a new rom installed, i like it but now i want my apps back n the data..all the good stuff, so how to i get it back.??)

This is where you should have used titanium back up.

What your thinking about is an advanced data restore, and its only safe to do this on an upgrade version you flashed from.

Even this I wouldn't recommend.

Easiest thing, restore your back up, backup apps via titanium, reflash new rom, restore apps via titanium.

Moved into root section as well.

I agree with what DS said, you can try App Extractor from the Play Store to manually pull items from your nandroid but I would definitely go with the other route, if you have a lot of apps to restore you'll want the pro key for Titanium Backup, it allows batch restore instead of the one app at a time with the free version. Let us know how you make out.
