A few days ago, Verizon announced a slew of new 4G LTE markets that were either just lit up or would be seeing the 4G LTE goodness on May 17. Yesterday, Big Red announced even more markets that would have their switches flipped on starting mid-next week and they are as follows:

I'm pretty sure the Atlantic City area already has 4G but its not on VZW's maps for some reason. The recent press release from Verizon had 4G coverage coming to the Jersey shore from "Pt. Pleasant to the middle of Cape May County"...

Really I am about 15 to 30 minutes from Atlantic City and I don't get any 4G. I wonder if that means you have to be in the city to get it. In that case then even if they turn on more antennas I still might not get it:eek:

I'm in Dewey Beach/Rehoboth Beach in Delaware, and was pleasantly surprised last night when I saw my 4g icon on the GNex light up. I had resigned myself to the probability that 4g would never be available here.

I'm getting about 24 mbs up, and 10 mbs down. Not too bad at all.

Sweet! My folks have a beach house there, so it'll be good to know I'll have 4G down there when we visit. :D
