Help 4G/Internet connectivity issues

I apologize in advance if this topic has been posted somewhere already, but for the past few hours I haven't been able to connect the internet on my Skyrocket aside from wifi.
I always get 4G here in Tampa, and I haven't been able to connect at all. No 4G, no 3G, no E...nothing. Not sure if this is an AT&T thing or just a Skyrocket thing...or maybe it's just my phone? Anyone else experiencing these issues?
 
Did you just switch SIM cards? You need to make sure AT&T updates you to a new SIM and puts your IMEI in the system and on an LTE Data plan.
 
Yeah, I switched SIM cards, but had working 4G/data up until yesterday morning. Got on AT&T support chat and they ran some troubleshooting which involved me taking out the battery while they reset something on their end...it seemed to solve it somehow!

They reset your data connection I bet. We have been talking about that in the other connectivity threads
