4G speeds - Will change

no offense but i agree with the guy the 4g is horrible everywhere i go i cant even watch youtube without waiting 5 minute for a one minute video to buffer and trust me I have been messing with the phone for the past three months trying to optimize it but same crap, metro price is good but their service is bad everyday message doesn't go to people or their message doesn't come etc etc but their price is good lol which is why i have to bare the POS
 
My 4g in Tampa maxed at 4.2, but averages ~2. I won't say it is blazing fast, but web pages load fast enough.
 
yea average around 4mbps once in a great moon ill find 5mbps somehwere in tampa.

You must not be on 4G then, videos never take more than a couple seconds to load for me. In fact I watch Netflix on my phone all the time without issue.
 
Hopefully they can make it down to SoCal while they're at it. Not that 4G isn't good here believe me it's great but 3 to 4 mbps on my phone can do better since I'm in the LA county :)

ummmmm... hmmm, let me think. I can do alot with those kind of speeds. Such as wifi tethering to my laptop ;)
 
did they already do something with the 4G because I just got some insane speed!

No I see what he did. You did do it over WiFi. You then photo shopped the cell phone tower icons over the WiFi icons. You messed up on it and didnt line the lines up and I can see the squares from the paste over... why lie dude?

damn I didn't think you guys would see that :D . I was going to say sike ! in the post but I figured I would see if you guys would fall for it but I guess not :(
 
They were up around 9-11 down in San Jose, then about a month ago they dropped back down to 1-1.5 down. Not sure why they went back to capping.
 
mine has gotten worse as well. The way I see it is that there are more people buying these 4g phones from metro since they have come out with a couple others. On top of the fact that the esteem has sold some pretty outstanding numbers. I'm sure with the more people using the service the slower it will get.

Let me say Your lucky ...But it will slow down i know because i stay in homestead and i have 4 almost all the time and it started out with 2.60 mb to 3mb download and now its to 1.2mb download to 0.49 download speeds most of the time its at 0.80 WTF I hate it...I have call over and over and even posted on there face book about this with out any reply and the phone call to them the lady said well at least its working that there is nothing wrong with the service ... I want to go back to simple mobile 4g speeds are great there i use them before and the calls where clear all the time.
