Everything I've seen says that the Evo is capable of B/G speeds. Ifixit tore down the Evo, though, and found a Broadcom BCM4329 chip (HTC Evo 4G Teardown - Page 2 - iFixit)
.
This is that chip:
Broadcom.com - BCM4329 - Low-Power 802.11n with Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and FM (Tx and Rx)
Broadcom reports that it is an N chip. Are we wrong? Is the Evo capable of 802.1n?
