.893 update NOW!

The update has been pushed to my phone.. it was 54mb and just popped up. Crazy.. anyone else seeing this?
 
Looks like its now System Version 5.5.893.XT875.Verizon.en.US Just FYI

First thing I noticed is that the Camera Auto Focuses wayyyyyy faster and first picture snaps wayyyyy faster as well...

Interesting, well I guess I am lucky, ppl let me know if you need a screenshot... It'd be a hassle for me cause i don't know how to do it from my phone so i'd have to snap a pic with a diff phone then upload..

Also Squeal is gone on headphones when listening to music... i know all this stuff is on their update list, just confirming that it works and am excited about it!

They are the same.

I recorded his with an error and have now corrected it.

ScreenGraber has an option to Notification Item. If you un-check it the ScreenGrabber icon will not appear on the notification bar and will not show up in your screen shots.

I also received the update notice for "5.5.893.en.US" and I am not a member of the Motorola support forum.

I haven't started the update yet because I'm expecting an important phone call.

Any reason I should NOT update? Is this going to prevent me from getting 5.7.893?
 
Absolutely not. In the private forums Matt already said that the update is getting pushed out to a few thousand, and not all are members of the private forum, so Moto may be pushing this out live - although that makes no sense since, in effect, this is still a Beta....

Maybe I don't know what I am talking about but I don't know why Moto would push out a beta software update to random users who don't even participate in their support fourm. I mean what if it totally screwed up the phone. Seems ready to me..
 
I also received the update a couple hours ago, out of the blue. 3g and 4g transitioning seems smoother. But I haven't had too much time to pay around yet.
 
Update just appeared on my phone. Have downloaded twice and tried install. Both times update failed. Device had been working fine to date. Any tricks to updating I should know? how do I tell moto in case there are others with same problem?
