Help A couple problems

Hello everyone,

I'd be much obliged to anyone who can help me with one of the problems I've been having with my recently acquired Samsung i7500.

1. It periodically reboots. Like once or twice a day. For no apparent reason.
2. Occasionally, it replaces the ringtone I picked with some random mp3 I have stored on it.

I do not own this phone but will try to help you as much as I can.

Have you tried the usual steps?
First, remove the battery while the phone is turned on, remove the sim, wait 30 seconds, then re-insert the sim and the battery.

If that doesn't fix your problem, then backup all your phone content and perform a factory reset.

If your problem still persists, you may need a new phone, if it is still in warranty, contact your provider to see if you can have it repaired

Try to update firmweare with odin. Use IK4 or IK5 and your problems will go away.
