Root A Few Possible Hard Unbrick Method?

Using LG-P970 Rom Converter 2.1, converts kdz files to bin and fls files

With SFT(Smart Flashing Tool) when connected the soft buttons fully light up while connected to this program, and this program flashes bin and fls files

Im still trying to find the right kdz thatll output the bin I need to flash, but like alot this maybe a shot in the dark maybe not.....I also have 2 other just as plausible methods, but please tell me if im wasting my time or if it might work.

@shabby - you said that trying to use the regard bootloader was a possibility, when I asked isnt that also locked, my point wasnt about unlocking it, my point was wouldnt there be similiaar problems

The 2 dropboxes are the programs, The one XDA is the only source i could find my browser cache was cleared

I studied this program and what it does, and it seems theres a possiblity to swap out necessary optimus 2x files with files for the motion....it seems this program just pushes firmware onto a hard bricked device, cant we change the firmware i.e. boot, recovery, system

This Flash-boot program based in chinese, actually registers the phone as a com port and acts as if its ready to right. Theres some info on the site its based off of http://moorc.taobao.com

I wasnt able to contact Darkspr1te directly and his tool is based for MSM8660 & MDM9600 Qualcomm Chips he directly acknowledged that more qualcomm chips were good candidates for his program, and after reading alot I found that the MSM8960 (the motions chipset) would work....but this program looks tough to use

Don't flash firmware from other devices, I did that once with the LG spirit and broke my 4G radio.

If you want to fix your device, I suggest flashing the motion bootloader and all files from the motion. If you don't care, well flash whatever you want until it won't turn on

Also the P970 ROM converter will only give you a .tot file. You can flash that with LG Flash tool, you need a Dll file too, which was posted somewhere else around here.

Lol his phone doesnt turn on at all already. That seems to be the problem.the unbrick tool doesnt detect his phone. Neither does the lgtool. The qualcpm hsusbdload driver is the only that detects it. I know one of my phones is in the same condition.

In my tiring, thus far search, to unhard brick my motion I came upon what looks like another unbrick program that has emergency mode built in. You need to download the kdz from sammyz unbrick guide and you need the phones dll and to change the kdz to a bin. This is only suggested if you CANNOT get into emergency mode by sammys method

i convert extensions through extension renamer a small exe but has a dependencies as for the .dll i read a few places that theres one that would do,but I'd ask sammyz cause he knows the territory
