Root a few questions about titanium backup.

I've been foolin around with ti backup, changed some system apps into user apps and moved them to my sd card. Ti backup said make sure you do a nandroid backup and it said something about android secure. Could someone tell me how to do a nand backup?
I know I read it somewhere but I can't remember. Also when experimenting,I hit in the more section of ti, extract from nandroid it said can't find your TWRP backups directory, does anyone no what that means?

I could also use a link (recovery. img) for 2.2.1 novatech screen.

Go to Clockworkmod recovery and select backup. That's a nandroid backup.

Thanks but my phone was semi bricked about a month ago. I don't have a pc , I took it to get fixed and got it back bone stock. It was wiped clean,all I got back was contacts through google,I don't think recovery is in my phone! I'm pretty much a noob with all of this. This time I'm trying to do it right, I've slowly been adding apps, backed up everything on ti backup,file expert,terminal emulator,android file verifier,busybox,superuser,box.net,I am rooted. I just want to learn how to use everything and do jerry's. Backside rom.
