Whoever created Smartass, it is a governor available on a lot of kernels for both sense and AOSP.

smartass is a governor that has been around since the g1
it was a clever governor that takes a while to create, snq was the first to create it on the desire scene and then cook it into the leedroid kernel but its now used on nearly all custom kernels.
It would be silly not to include it as SNQ has to commit his sources and so due to GNU everyone is entitled to it and use it.

Still no smartass on Vork Kernel though. It was removed.

Mind you I'm happier with an old version I am using anyway.
