For me, it was immediate. I gave out a half-dozen or so. When I looked again, I had a new batch. I give em out, and google keeps replenishing 'em. Now it's up to 35.

Sooooo, just pm your email addy to me folks. Frankly, easier than going thru this thread looking for requests.

Check your email. I've sent you a confirmation, with a snapshot of the form used to arrange your invite. Email sent w/i 5 minutes of form completion to get that Google Wave invite out to you. Will update here as I go along. Plenty more for the asking, folks!

when do they hit you with the invites?

You may have to press "All" in the left pane. The invitations for you to give out will come in the form of a message in that middle pane.
