Yes probably, there have been a few issues with their modified version. In fact, something very similar to this has been mentioned to me before.

I would recommend flashing 2.5.0.7 CWM

yeah i couldn't flash gingervillain..got stuck on the splash screen..but now on rcmix..it's awesome
