so i bricked my phone, i mean killed it lol. so after hours of trying all the methods described on here to no avail, ( thanks to all the hard work all of you put it on walk through's ) i took it to verizon to see if they could fix it. after they tryed their software and couldn't do anything with it, guess who they turned to for help? YOU GUYS!!!!!!! LOL i think its a true testament to your skills that verizon looks to this site to fix what they cant figure out. i think u guys know more about what your doing than they do. thanks for all the hard work

I actually have witnessed them do this because i was in the verizon store with a friend and he was having issues with his ally that I couldnt fix lol and i laughed when they stumbled across my posts... then "coughed" when they made the comment like wow. this person knows their stuff...
