Accessibility Disabled?

I just received Donut today, and was looking for the Accessibility option, and when I found it, it appears disabled (settings -> Accessibility) it looks disabled, I tap on it and nothing happens.

I have a TMobile G1. Is this happening to anyone else?

Accessibility will work as tool apps are added to the Market ...

Let's say you have poor vision ... then you can download "Talkback" ... then go into Accessibility .. turn it on as well as the TALKBack ... and now your phone phone will speak alerts and system messages and what buttons options are presented as well as speaking which button you press and when you return to Home Screen and other screens ....
