Accuweather

Does the Ace 2, come with the accuweather weather widget out of the box?
I have this on the screen and while I can remove the widget, it doesnt appear as an installed app so have no means to permanently uninstall it from my phone.

It's pre-installed bloatware you can't remove it without rooting

That is the unfortunate case, enough reason to root.
