I am going to file it away, just in case I need to take the phone back, but I hope I don't need to use it.

I did the 1-click unroot and now my phone stays on the "Boost Mobile Welcome screen" and vibrates with 2 quick pulses and then a 2 second break before another pulse. Any ideas?

Try booting up your phone and go into recovery mode by holding down the UP volume button, power button and camera button until the recovery menu shows up. Wipe your phone. Use the Up/Down volume buttons to scroll the menu and camera button to select the operation.

the problem with that is factory wipe will killed usb debugging aka bricking the phone :)

Ohhh daaamn. Well I'm glad socal tried it again before he did it my way :o

Ok so I got my replacement phone in and I rooted it but now I've run into a snag. I ran the shabby mod 0.8 batch and it's stuck on the "Installing custom ROM..." line . I don't want to pull the battery or the usb plug out, what should I do?

Had the same issue as socal with the "Boost Mobile Welcome screen" and the vibrates with 2 quick pulses and then a 2 second break before another pulse.

While it was doing that I re-ran the unroot.bat on the computer and it was able to go through the batch again while the phone was vibrating... in the end everything worked out ok.

Thanks!

If i did the factory reset after the unroot failed then the phone is bricked? Is there nothing I can do. I'll reboost someone for a month if they can help me figure this out.

Hey i try doing it but its still have the same problem that Socal has and did what the instructions say still nothing. Can someone please help me Thanks

If you're trying to flash a mod/rom while in debugging mode and it gets stuck/freezes DO NOT wipe! It will reset debugging on the phone and then you will not be able to redo the operation because your phone can't connect with your computer!!!

So... My home button stopped working. I figured i'd return everything back to stock and return the phone. Ran it once, and it got stuck at the boost mobile screen. Tried to run it right after and i get the error device not found... that shouldn't be happening since i didn't wipe my settings. Any bright ideas?

Well i think its bricked.. but since the return to stock went through hopefully everything thst susposed to be in the phone is in it now and i can return it. just got it 2weeks ago so /pray

I'm having an issue with my phone so want to try to exchange under warranty, but I had shabbymod 0.9 installed which means I still have the shabbymod animated boot screen when I start the phone.

I don't even remember what the original boot process looked like lol. How do I get that part back to stock as well?
