Has anyone else had trouble activating this phone on Virgin Mobile?I called yesterday to activate it and they said that I had to upgrade my account to their new system and that it would take two hours. Two hours later my old phone (Evo V) service shut off, but the Victory wasn't activated. I called them back and they said to wait another hour. Today it is still not activating so I called them back and they said they would have to manually activate it and that it would take 24 hours.
I guess i'll keep restarting it and trying to activate. This is the 4th phone i've had with Virgin in the past year and never had this problem. What "new system" are they upgrading me to? LTE? I can't access my account online either.

Update: I waited 3 hours and restarted the phone. It seemed as if it had factory reset (all my apps were gone) but it activated. I got a text saying that my pin had been reset, but it was reset to what it already was. I had to top-up and restart my monthly plan, but now it is working.
