Does anyone know what adapter you use to use my hdmi cord from phone to tv. I have a Samsung tv as well is their any other options to share movies etc from my phone to tv?

Is the tv a "smart" tv with internet connection?
You can get MHL-HDMI adaptors on Amazon. I recommend buying a samsung one :thumbup:

No its not a smart tv, but it does have the hdmi etc things behind it. The last time I was able to use the hdmi was with the Motorola triumph, so I'm confused as of what to buy..

Yeah a samsung mhl-hdmi adaptor is what you need. It plugs into the micro-usb (charging port). As i said, make sure its a samsung because samsungs are wired differently. Youll also want an hdmi extension cable unless youre gona have the phone right next to the tv :thumbup:

or if you wanna splurge a little get a chromecast and install allcast from play store

ya know what idk cuz i have yet to try the allcast app itself. i know when was first released it had rave reviews...i plan on trying it tomorrow...and as far as my chromecast experience went was when the blocked allcast and fling i stopped playing with it...i got it to stream movies from laptop to avoid connecting and reconnecting laptop to tv

Lol. Yeah i follow koush on g+ but havent kept up with his posts lately and keep forgetting to look in the Chromecast forum on here.
Once we get full mirroring ill definitely be buying one :beer:
