"TIP" To be on the safe side and really get the system clean, then apply a command with ADB

mount /system && rm -rf /system/* && umount /system
You will also get a warning,Lost & Found was not cleaned or found, something like that, but nothing to worry about,and of course
wipe dalvik cache,ext partion then flash the rom

Im flashing elelinux 7.0.0 what is this about????

I wouldn't worry. You should be okay with a full wipe (factory reset); that's all I did coming to 2.3 from 2.2 and had no problems.
