Help Add more homescreens?

Is it possible to add more homescreens to the Galaxy S2? I'm running 7 but I would like to have more.

Also, is there an app to view this forum on my android? The site dosn't support tapatalk, is there something else I should use?

No not using samsung software but you could download software from the android market to do this.
For example I think go launcher would give you this facility but I've not tried it personally.

you can add as many screens to the apps tab though can't you? And organise the apps there?

well how do you do that, I can see the edit and all that but when i make a folder I can not seam to put anything in it or save it

When you edit within the app drawer you will get a blank screen to place icons into. Any that are empty when you come out of the edit will get deleted automatically.

i'd suggest getting a different launcher like go launcher.
