My droid 3 phone will turn on but will not advance beyound the initial motorola screen...it will not display menu or anything else...I am told this is a software issue..is this repairable???..my carrier is page plus

Hi dave :ciao: welcome to the forums.
If it is software, a factory reset might help. It was a little difficult finding out how to get to recovery on the Droid 3 but I think this video will tell you how.
