Called Sprint and after going through a bunch of nonsense (it's obvious that I know more than 90% of their reps about this phone, but that always seems to be the case with me with anything I buy) they told me that I could pay $100 for a replacement through Asurion and I told her under no circumstances was I paying for a phone under warranty. She then said she could transfer me to "Advanced Technical Support" who told me almost immediately that I had to take my phone to a service center and that there was no way she could send me one. I told her that the closest one was 40 miles away and I had already had one sent to me a couple of weeks ago, at which point she said "Okay, hold on" and promptly hung up on me. I know it was intentional because she didn't attempt to call me back. I thought Sprint had changed based on my last experience a few weeks ago, apparently I was wrong.
