Help After running skype, phone crashed, after reboot battery jumped from 43 to 8%

No but My phone keeps rebooting once in a while. I suspect it is due to loggin out of skype
It's caused by the software misinterpreting the battery usage stats due to the crash. Over time you will see the graph climb as the batterystats.bin data and the system uptime start to resync, so to speak. IOW, it's nothing to be alarmed at.
