Help Alert: Network error for my email

I too have come across the now infamous aol mail issue. Mine worked fine for like 8 months then all of the sudden it started crapping out. i wouldnt get new mails Id get some new mails 3 days after they came. I started looking as I also had an issue where all my new aol mails when i signed on would all be in my old mail unless I was signed in via the web then as long as I was online as new mails came they stated in the new mail folder.If I left them there unread signed out then back on all moved to old mail folder right away. I read this forum and had done most of the things stated then got to the idea of changing from imap to pop mail. i did this and then in the setting I found the delete mail from server was checked too. I changed to pop from imap and unchecked the delete from server and now all my issues are fixed it seems.It's weird as everything was fine til right at end of december into january never an issue but these 2 quick things are making my phone get new emails again and my new aol mail stays in the new mail folder like it should. Ill post back how it goes but for last 4 hours running great again go figure???

Go to Menu - settings - applications - manage applications - all - mail - clear cache. That should do it.
