Help all contacts from all emails showing up??

Hi just got my Samsung galaxy s2 Thursday and only just noticed that when I'm my contacts only the ones I added to the phone are there and also Google contacts but when I go into SMS and add s contact to the SMS it lists tons of emails I guess from Hotmail and possible from Google? I really only want my phone contacts to show up everywhere!! Anyone help???
 
Done but still must be away to not sync emails or something or transfer al contacts from Google Bolton phone as its the only down side I seen to android
 
Are you using stock messenger? Some SMS apps have an option to show only contacts with mobile numbers. You just have to enable that
