from what I can tell, this is an android device user forum. so its news, rumors, mod and recovery news etc. xda is an android and windows phone platform development forum. if you look around, most of the threads over there are way over my head at least. they'll help us out as we get them dev models for testing and donate to our own developers who check in here --@PlayfulGod--. (not to claim you sir, but you've basically volunteered your efforts here, you just need a test device and an open forum through xda to really get going on the esteem) . is there anything I'm missing here? is all this in the spirit of getting. ICS on here? since the phone is sophisticated enough to run it?

vote count up for the Esteem is up to 79 although a post from 2 days ago stated that the Galaxy R with 350 votes, the most popular request for a forum, still has not been granted a forum. I wonder if our phone will ever get a forum on XDA....

and again as others have stated in this post, we are not looking at leaving AF but rather gathering more interest in developing for our Esteem.
 
I think a combination with the revolution subforum sounds more realistic, but I don't think they'd be too happy with that :P
 
When we get CWM for our phone I will literally probably do a back flip in real life. I'll even post a video. Last time I tried I broke my collar bone...
