Help Ally won't update?

Today I got a text from VZW saying my Ally should now be on 2.2 ... I checked my firmware version and it still says 2.1. I tried to update by going to system updates but it says there currently is none. Any idea how I can force update my phone?

hmm, didn't work for me. still said I have the latest updates when I went back to the system update.

If your running anything but the stock 2.1 ROM it's not going to work.
