Root Alpharev X Problem

I tried gaining S-Off with Alpharev X recently, but it just hanged on 'waiting for fastboot for 15 minutes before I decided to stop waiting. Any reason why it might get stuck at that part? Hboot version is bravo-0.93.0001 Android 2.2

AlphaRev X is for use with the hboot 1.xx phones, not any of the lower hboots. I don't believe you will have hurt anything, but you might want to check with the AlphaRev guys before you unplug the phone or something.

erm are you sure? im pretty sure the supported devices list gsm desire which is below hboot 1.06
only cdma has 1.x hboot

if its saying wiating for fastboot its becuase the device is not registering in windows as a fastboot device

just checked the alpharev website and when you click on download for windows in the questions box it says htc desire and hboot is 00.93 so yes it is supported

I stand corrected, thanks Rastaman @OP It sounds like a driver issue, you do have the HTC drivers installed, correct?
