I get USB Tethering from the phone with no tether apps (3rd party) and mobile hotspot. My bill is 56$ a month the promo unlimited. Am I getting charged though?

am I missing something...55$ unlimited with one bolt on, so 56$???

The $55 plan comes with tethering on the Motion. The $45 is no tethering. I think that's right, that's what BobZhome told me Metro told him

You can't legitimately tether on the $55 or $70 plans. You have to find a workaround. Hotspot only works on the limited 4G data plans.

Three hours of halo reach using 4g hotspot totalled up to 8 and a half gigs.

And you say you did this with the $10 hotspot feature offered by metropcs? No workarounds or anything?

No hotspot plan involved. Iv been using it and havent gotten a single charge. They asked me about my usage, they wanted to know if it was being used for phones from other carriers. Thats all really.

Right you're using a workaround which is what I'm talking about. Though apparently you can tether straight away with ps3.
