Help Amber Light blinking

When I plug my Inc2 up to the car charger, occasionally the amber light will blink on and off. This is not a notification thing it just seems to happen randomly. This only happens on the car charger.

Has anyone else noticed this?

2.3.3 but it also blinked on froyo, rocketfish car charger.
 
Is it charging? I remember I had that problem with the Inc1 and it was because it was overheating and wouldn't charge.
 
I see this routinely in car mode with a solid connection for the charger and mount. If the charger works well with another device (MP3 player, etc.), it may be the DINC2 is trying to say something. Dunno what, though.

Just curious, what brand/model charger were you using? The only ones I have ever used is the stock HTC & a car charger by Motorola (the one with the round clear plastic at the back that the charger's led illuminates bright blue with the Moto symbol etched in the clear section.)

I have never had what you are describing happen with those chargers.
 
What color is the led light supposed to turn when you are charging the phone when it is turned off to let you know it is fully charged? To me the led light is only capable of producing one color, I can not distinguish between two different colors on it.

Anyone else colorblind like me?
 
This happens when it's really hot in the car. Happens on my car mount. I take it out have the air conditioning blown on it and plug it back in. It's fine just a safety feature.
