Root Amon-ra recovery?

can i someone reupload a clockwork to amon ra recovery the link in the recoveries .imgs is broken i need to flash this recovery from the phone and rom manager won't let me flash it
 
Flash clockwork and then flash alternate. Why cant you get the recovery img and do fastboot flash recovery C:\path\to\recovery.img or /path/to/recovery.img.
