Root AmonRA 3.0.6 flashable package

For everyone wanting to get getitnowmarketing's latest and greatest recovery for the Ally.

You can get the original recovery img from GNM's AIO recovery thread HERE

I have created a flashable app package to easily install the recovery. All credit goes to GNM for the recovery.

To install, just flash. Let me know if you run into any problems (you shouldn't.)

(verification is off by default in 3.0.6, FYI)

This new recovery was built to make it easier to use on the Ally, so the buttons were remapped. VOL UP/DOWN now move the cursor. The power button acts as enter, and the back capacative button goes back. Enjoy!

this didn't work for me. it crashed on some file... ga.. can't remember which. but ihad to turn sig verification off for it to go and when itdid, it crashed become of some file in the zip

Did you look at the info given by the package? The buttons changed. Vol up and down move the cursor. Power is enter. READ. I'm adding that info to the OP.

I don't think making a flashable package counts as rehosting...I will ask him. Thanks for the info though. Also, i apologize if i came off rude in my previous post.

I see what i did wrong, i accidentally left a piece of code in the updater script to flash a splash.img that doesn't exist. It has been fixed, and the post has been updated. and this time, it's signed!

That makes sense because it still flashed the new Amon Ra but instead of my ROM splash screen, I got a blue screen during that time frame.

NP about the post and I didn't see the button remapping thing DUH
For anyone getting the blue screen after flashing, just re-flash the splash screen you want afterward, NP especially if your using Velocity 1.2.

This, cause it tried to flash a non-existent splash if you used the old package, so it got exploded.

Hi,

I need help, because after flash this recovery my phone is in boot loop at the LG logo, and I can't enter in recovery mode.

Even when I connect to the PC via USB the the boot loop starts.
