I noticed that for a few problems, the Adobe recommends that users first uninstall Adobe Flash Player, and then reinstalling it (from Google Play).

Definitely try what Mrhelper suggested first, but if what he suggested doesn't work, I know some people have commented that their tablet acted funny until they did a factory reset after the ICS update. So one of those may be in order.
