Help Andriod Market Not Found

Dear All,
I bought my X8 a few days ago.
This is my first andriod ph
Anyway, i couldn't find Andriod Market Application in my ph except SlideME
I even tried factory reset. unfortunately, not appear yet.
1) Let me know if there anyway to install Andriod market?
2) Is there any app in SlideMe which is exactly same as "Astro File Manager" app
