Help Android 2.2 Bugs?

I just downloaded Android 2.2 on my AT&T Samsung Captivate. On the browser, it never goes to the homepage unless I turn the phone off and then on. Killing the app doesn't work either; if I kill the browser and then go on it again, it simply goes to the last web page that I had displayed. If I turn the phone off and then on, the browser will go to my designated home page.
This was never a problem with Android 2.1.
Why is that?

hmm, force stopping the program should resign it back to the home page. I know exactly what your talking about just never found it an issue, ill see if I cn figure a way to change it on one of my phones.

also if a mod or someone gets this can you move it to appropriate forum
