I've been on it a few hours and found this stuff:
Camera – no shutter sound in silent mode now (Tasker users can therefore effectively remove the shutter sound altogether, without needing any hacks or mods), can take pictures beneath 15% battery (without flash at any rate), I haven’t had a chance yet to see whether the pink spot is completely gone
Screen wake delay – mixed reports, for me its improved, but not always instant
Android OS battery usage seems significantly less a factor
Google Video Chat indeed present and working, furthermore native Android SIP is now present in settings
Few new apps in the Samsung apps area, I note now that the new games aren’t full versions like most of the others, but trials
Nothing has changed in the games hub, although Gameloft did release Starfront Collision and Dungeon Hunter 2 HD for the SGSII in the last few days if you missed it
Music players still cannot read genre tags properly, FLAC tags are also still read incorrectly
