Android 2.x on Galaxy

Nice! I tought musty stopped releasing his roms after working with drakaz! I was wrong lol... this has the market so is very interesting!
 
Very nice! Gapps and market are working! i use a lot the calendar and for this reason the latest drakaz rom was unusable, now i can use it for every day :) Only thing i have to test is battery life (and stability of course)
 
really really impressive work!! shame camera and bluetooth are not implemented. With them implemented I'd jump to 2.0 inmediately
 
Hmm, after playing around for a while, I've noticed that I'm not getting as strong a signal as usual. I live in an area of weak signal as it is. This could be a showstopper for me for the time being!
 
my wifi says it's connected, but i can't get online. i've reinstalled the ROM, but it still doesn't work.

Edit: that's with mustymod's 2.1
 
I'm tempted to install musty 2.1.
I can live without camera, that wouldn't be a big problem. But I've read on some post, there are some problems with the market secure apps.

Is it fixed already on 2.1?
If I reinstall it back with IK4, this problem will be fixed, or I'll need to do something else?
 
2 possibly really dumb questions.
1) It says Eclair 2.1 is the base firmware for the mustymod rom, so the UI should look like nexus one right?
2) Do I install it using the recovery I have from installing galaxhero, or is it a different one?

I'm on musty 2.1. No video is the showstopper for me. Seems Gasop is faster and have the same feature list.

@davyu you don't get live wallpaper and the app drawer looks as it does in 1.5.
 
The GAOSP changelog says that live wallpaper works, but is slow, but I don't see where to enable it?

Nevermind, found it.
But, I can't disable screen timeout?
