Actually, my post was confirming the source code drop. This article backs up Samsung's earlier blog/FB/Twitter posts promising an official ICS update.

My only fear is it will be close to the "next greatest OS" release before they give us ICS.

The phone makers will use ICS to sell new phones for a LONG time before the SG2 users get the joy.

Its being ported atm... I had a play on the Alpha version last night and cant frikking wait
