Android acting crazy Help! This things all on it's own and the back button stopped working. It pushes the buttons faster than I can. it chooses what apps to run.

Does anyone have a clue How I Can repair it?

I know the basics but this my first smart phone.

What kind of phone?

Motorola Droid with verizon, its almost a year old.

Back up data and make a factory reset. If the issues continue then take it to repair.

How Long does the factory reset take?

I think I am doing it right now, there is a box and coming out the top is yellw arrow coming out of the box and going down to a cell phone.
