Root Android^admirer*new 2.3.6 rom* android+lithium overclocked

ANDROID**LITHIUM

I SUCCESSFULLY INTEGRATED OUR ORIGINAL STOCK W/THE REAL 2.3.6 SAMSUNG/METRO PCS UPDATE !!!

WHAT'S INSIDE THE ROM.....

I overclocked it to 900mhz (thanks to reqs kernal)
I inst!alled v6 supercharger
deodexed apps only so far
Enabled boot animations
Themed using uot kitchen (thanks uot)
I changed fonts to roboto
replaced shutdown animations
changed default wallpaper
I replaced stock launcher 2 with a modded Huawei launcher v2.21
Installed Google black search (this saves battery life now that we can overclock !!!)
beats installed
all metro bloatware removed(except metroweb)
Installed a themed Miren launcherfrom xda that looks like Google chrome browser
pre-installed app voltage contol(once you open the rom go to the app and slide it to 900mhz and then make sure you save the settings to boot,this way each time you turn your phone off and on you will not have to reset the app )
busybox installed
there are screenshots attached below..

install info
this rom only flashes with cwm 5.0.2.8
so if you are on cwm 5.0.2.7 and what to flash this rom here's what you do
download reqs cwm kernal I posted below
boot into your recovery(cwm 5.0.2.7)
then select install from sd
find reqs kernal and select
after it installs go to advanced settings and select reboot recovery
after it reboots it should have automatically changed over to 5.0.2.8
at this point we can flash the rom
so..
now wipe data
go to mounts and storage and format system and cache
now go to install from sd find the rom zip and select
after it installs go to reboot now and select
there you go

google chrome i stumbled across while on 4 shared must be a modded version but i tested it out many times before i chose to include it within the rom but there are no bugs and everything runs really smooth so enjoy!!!!
 
Thanks for the rom I'm trying it right now. I'm going to trying this for a while after having Monster on my Samsung Admire for a good 6 months.
 
I did some searching its not actually Google Chrome, But it might as well be. Very responsive, fast, to the point. I like this "Chrome" Browser. I really do mean it when I say FAST. In my opinion it leaves Dolphin and Opera.

It says error everytime I try to download and install something from market. Is there a way to fix that?
 
lol its not google chrome browser its another browser in which they themed out to look like it.
btw thats a big risk of actually using req0's oc'ked kernel.. thought it wouldnt work but i guess i was wrong... nice rom btw;) try tackling the lockscreen next
Also the link for the kernel is not working
 
after flashing sync your google account first let set for a while to let the dalvic cache build up about 10 15 min before you try and download anything, if that doesn't work then go to your settings and go to applications and go to google framework services clear data on that then go to the market app and clear data as well give it about 10 minutes and then try and download from store!
 
I already have cwm 5.0.2.8 and OA on my phone. This rom looks interesting. Can you elaborate on this "go to mounts and storage and wipe system and cache"
 
I did everything and my phone just boots up too admire and thats it...I dunno if it has anything to do with the phone having OA final installed before...please help I need my phone

Did you flash the kernel in the OP ? OA uses its own kernel when its flashed, therefore changing the kernel that was used to begin with, which was either 5.0.2.7 or 5.0.2.8, depending on which admire you had. The lazy one or the OC one. So you would need to flash the 5.0.2.8 kernel and reboot back into recovery, then wipe data, then go into mounts and storage, then format system, then format cache. THEN flash the the rom. So to answer or correct your problem, I have a new question. Is this rom usable on the lazy Admire's ?
