Help Android apps question

I have 2 droid x's ordered and I was wondering if there is a way to store your apps on a computer or SD card so I don't have to buy the same app twice(1 for each phone)?

I'd register them on AppBrain - the best Android apps and games on the Android market by google. It's free and it syncs your programs, free and paid, to your phones using your email account to identify you.

Otherwise, you can back up your programs to you SD card by using ATK

Astro is another good app for backing up your apps to your SD card. The only thing about this is if you reinstall them on your phone, you don't get market updates (unless that issue has been fixed since I've had my eris)
