Im sorry but the Phillies have been on the west coast and I've gotten every single alert. But the flyers on the other hand. stopped at 8. unless you mean its just that same time zone problem for the team alerts?? if im making sense
 
Same results as FlyersKid. I had Mets on team alerts and got nothing. Then added game alerts and got all the alerts.

Hopefully, you can implement the fix soon!

Pushing a build out in the next hour or so hopefully (yep working late) which will include NFL draft and draft alerts.

After more looking, I found the best solution is for the phone to tell the server what timezone its in so the server can adjust. Unfortunately that means you'll have to update the app to get the fix (which you'd do hopefully anyway). So this build going out tonight will have 1/2 the fix. The fix on the server (the other 1/2) will come very soon. In the mean time, game alerts is a workaround.

I've got draft alerts set up now so hopefully there isn't any issues so I can keep up with the draft while I'm working
 
Has anyone seen any issues with the Large Widget not showing team logos? We're hearing reports of it in the market and in emails to support.

If you're having that issue, can you tell us what device and OS version you're on?

Only just checked back, do you still need this doing, or are you fairly certain you have it pin-pointed? I'll try and set some game alerts for tonight if you like? Having said that, i've already updated to version 1.5.4

maybe. I selected 4 favorites. Only 3 were showing yesterday. Mets were missing. Deleted widget and re added them. They still didn't show. Sometime later they came back. Still there now

yupp. i can confirm this. im using a Samsung Epic 4g with 2.2
 
Ok, now my widget lost team logos. I have 4 favorites set up in the widget and only the Mets has a logo. The other favorites and their opponents don't.

Droid X running Gingerbread "leak" (not 3rd party ROM).

Can you try entering the app and check out the scores page (uses the same logo and should cache it) for a few days to make sure all the teams are viewed.

Scroll through the widget and let me know if the logos appear now or are still missing.

Some feedback on the widget. Would it be possible to make it black with some transparency? If not just make it look slicker :)
 
those tabs that are used in the NFL for the Draft right when you enter the NFL section, its titled "Draft" "Teams" and "Alerts". That's a genius layout. Except when the draft is over it should stay that way. Except label, "Scores" , "Standings" , "News".

(Which reminds me, the Standings feature needs to include CONFERENCE STANDINGS [where applicable], not just divisional seedings, conference standings is what decides playoff pictures. and NEWS (for me atleast) needs to be able to view the article inside the app. I HATE THAT IT TAKES ME TO MY BROWSER!!!! I can't zoom in enough on it to be able to read it correctly, plus it takes forever to load a webpage.) <-----ONLY REASONS WHY I HAVE SCOREMOBILE INSTALLED so that i can easily get news and conference standings, along with playoff series scores!!!)

PLEASE PLEASE include playoff series scores into NHL and NBA sections. and MLB when that time comes.

oh and the MLB game details screens are AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!!! :)

do you have the app on your SD card or installed in your phone storage?

it's my understanding that ANY application that is installed to an SD card loses its' widget. I could have read an article wrong though.

there was a small discussion about this topic in earlier posts at the bottom of page 8 / top of page 9.
 
You guys are probably sick of me...but im back!

So im using v1.5.4 right now, which I think is the version you guys released with the timezone fix in, right?

Im in England so all the NBA games start anytime from 00:30 onwards (tonight for example the Chicago game started at 01:30 and the Lakers game will start at 03:30) but when I open the app it show's the games for that day rather than the games that are currently being played. As an example

Chicago play Atlanta and LA play Dallas but when I open the app it shows the Celtics/Heat and Grizzlies/Thunder that play on the 5/3/2011... does that make sense? So I have to swype back to see the games that are currently being played. I guess it's because my phone tells the server it's the 5/3/2011 and so the app displays games from that day.

It's not a big deal, I only have to swype the screen and im back at todays games but I thought i'd make you guys aware.

Great job on the NFL draft though guys, I was glued to my phone (and the screen) throughout and was really impressed by how quickly the app got the updates/alerts

The timezone fix is only for alerts and requires an update to our servers. This is scheduled to happen tomorrow evening.

I think I understand the problem you're having, you're not the only one that has mentioned this - its definitely in our todo list!

Thanks about the NFL Draft. We had some hits and misses with that part of the app. The draft was so popular that our severs were struggling with the load and ended up causing some problems. Now we know better for next time!
