Android "m" name speculation thread! It's Marshmallow, 6.0!

Yes. Already. Technology flies. This thread should have been around earlier if nothing else! jk anyways, considering they are going in progression, what will android 6.x be called? They usually do sweets of some sort... Will it be milky way like they did with kit Kat and try and get some more money?

Idk. Speculations.. And if you have a reason I'd like to see that as well.

Reason L took so long to become lollypop? They were futilely looking for a "kitkat" type promotional partner. With m, they have no problem. M&M or Milky way depending on which Mars wants to promote.

Well played. I will say I agree with that it won't be 6.x but it was meant as an example that "the next one" was try to get across.

+1 for marshmallow but I'm almost certain they're going for a promotion again.. And they will have plenty to choose from as pointed out previously... If they can't get the promotion, marshmallow is a good second lol
