Help Android System raping battery :( ...reset phone?

Hi Guys, give this a try, original source is XDA developers, The Desire Hd in the only android phone so far which i have come across which does not have This enabled by default.

If you find your HTC Desire running slow, laggy, or a bit sluggish, then it's most likely related to the /init issue as identified on the XDA forums. The /init process kicks in and consumes around 80-90% of the CPU constantly making it laggy to swipe, gallery very slow and jerky for most actions. This is easy to identify by running a process manager like Watchtower which will reveal this. Restarting the phone resolves this for a few hours or maybe even a day.

On your phone go to..
Menu/settings/applications/development/now turn on Usb debugging..

After doing this, wait aprox 10 secs, and your phone should be much more responsive.
You should also get a longer batt life and this should stop android sys in its tracks and put everything back to normal.

Any Feedback would be great. Thanks

Cheers for the post but if you read my post at the start of this thread you will see i have lready done it. no doubt it helps a lot but something else is raping my battery now. but still restarts do seem to help.
