Root Android unexpected close?

I keep getting these random messages that the android system pretty much did a force close on itself and I have to click OK and it goes away. The UI itself doesn't close and there is no interruption but the notification is annoying.

boot into cwm do a factory reset wipe cache and dalvik as well as fix permissions.
