I think the key is to use the first white one to destroy as much of the raised bit as you can, lob the red into the first 2 high stack and then use the others to collect whats left.
I used all the birds to get my score.
 
I've never hated a pig as much as the first one in the bottom left haha

Yea, big red can take out damn near the whole level but if I use the rest to clean up I only get about 90,000
 
Finally 104,020!

Did it with 1 bird to spare. I reckon you could do it with 2 birds left but you just need to get lucky with how stuff falls.
 
I did it with one bird left as well, and I think the 3 star threshold is 100k since I got three with 100180.

I shot the first bird just over the light pole so he's coming in right at the top left corner of the middle wooden section. Drop the bomb just before he hits and you'll take out the first two sections of glass in the middle and he'll take out the top wooden structure, maybe a little more.

Second bird (big guy) I shot pretty much square at the light pole. He'll take out the light pole and enough of room to let the second bomb bird get in low towards the middle

Second bomber bird - The goal is to clear the middle, center snow section to make way for the streaking bird to make it low into the back lower wooden sections.

Streaking bird - You want him to come in low and straight at the lowest pig. If everything lines up correctly the top sections will tumble left and take out any of the pigs you might have left remaining.

I tried that two or three times where I was able to take them both out, but my score tended to be lower so I didn't figure it was the right way to go. I'm convinced there's a higher scoring way to do it than what I posted but I think my method is probably easier/more open to slight angle changes.
 
OK, I got it in my head that this can be done with 3 birds and I finally did it. This level is annoying but addictive! Scored 106,340.

Fire the first bird just over the top of the flag, so close to the flag you think it should touch it. If you drop the egg just before he hits it should take out quite a bit of the structure and leave the first pig with nothing left above it. You will probably take out a couple of pigs too.

Fire big red along the same line as the first bird and you should destroy everything apart from the 2 pigs in the bottom left. Here's where you need some luck because you need those 2 to stay exposed so pretty much all the falling wood and ice needs to break.

Use the next bird to drop an egg right between those 2 final pigs and it should be done.
 
Day 16, 103k

I did similar to what Case did just above. I've found it's easier to ensure you get the two pigs on the left with the second white bird if you fire an incredibly high trajectory then bomb right before it hits. Egg bombs seem to do more damage if you're falling fast.
 
Been trying the egg dropper on the first snow pile. We will see...

But i like #15 better because there were numerous ways to beat it.
